OC COMPT:

l. Dirt on all port holes.
2. Remount Ship's entertainment junction box between OC and 01 COMPT
3. Top of lights are dirty

OX COMPT:

1. Bunk fl3-drawer still not clean
2. Bunk 112-missing drawer
3. Top of lockers are filthy.
4. Top of lights are dirty
5. 1MC. speaker being used as an ashtray

ENG COMPT:

 1. Passageway between OPS and ENG. needs field day require
    scrubbing of night lights, switch box, bulkhead and deck.
 2. Life jacket adrift
 3. Curtain need to be repaired
 4_. Air condition drain being used as an ashtray
 5. Two night lights inoperative
 6. Replace light bulb
 7. Top- of overhead lights are dirty
 Note-M and B Division improved
 8. R-Division Unsatisfactory
 9_. A-Division: Overhead being used as a stowage of shoes.
10. Vent Supply 01-107-4 missing cover
11. Racks are not labeled

ENG HEAD:

 1. Needs preservation behind urinals and commodes
 2. Remove green mold on valve on top of shower

DECK HEAD:

 1. Needs preservation behind, urinals
 2. Needs preservation on bulkhead
